DPI (Deep Inspection Packet) has been suspected to be implemented as one of the online censorship methods in Myanmar, Indonesia and possibly other Southeast Asia countries. This session is to understand DPI and to track it using OONI data.

Siti is a Technologist from Sinar Project. She monitors internet censorship in the Southeast Asian region and provides technical support to civil society and digital rights partners especially in data analysis. Also manages servers which hosts various tech and open data projects.
